What you’ll do: - Assist the Controller in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with precision and accuracy. - Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and maximize operational efficiencies. - Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on your expert financial insights. - Be a champion of financial integrity and transparency, setting the gold standard for ethical practices in all your interactions. Who you are: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (master’s degree or CPA certification preferred). - 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles. - Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills. - Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically and strategically. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with leadership at all levels. - A positive attitude, a hunger for excellence, and a fierce determination to make a lasting impact in the world of finance.
