Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities - Oversee profit and loss (P&L) management for the operations team. - Track and optimize KPIs for the operations team to ensure high performance and efficiency. - Manage day-to-day operations, from initial job booking through to final close-out. - Lead and mentor a team of 20 individuals, including conducting weekly one-on-one meetings. - Monitor team performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions. - Generate and analyze reports to inform decision-making. - Report directly to the CEO on operational status, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications - 4-5+ years of experience in operations leadership roles. - Proven background in logistics or related industries. - Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). - Experience handling upset customers and managing high-escalation situations with professionalism. - Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to think on your feet. - Willingness to roll up your sleeves—answer phones, step in during challenges, and "get dirty" when needed to keep things running smoothly.
