Founder and CEO, Caddy
Austin, Texas, United States
I'm a CEO who looks for hyper-niche problems in big industries. My playbook includes looking for big markets that are outdated and generally lack in customer satisfaction. I hire fantastic people that are focused on bringing outsized returns to shareholders and want to be the best at what we do.
Caddy is an asset-light moving company that helps customers with labor; including loading, unloading, packing, and furniture moving. We offer lower minimums and quicker lead times, standing out as a faster and more efficient option than traditional moving services. We combine massive capacity with our tech-enabled approach to serve 10,000+ customers across America each year. Caddy has approximately 7,500 independent movers across the United States and is headquartered in Austin, TX. I started this company because I noticed an increasing need for DIY moving help in the $22B moving industry.
Boots & Mortar provides peace-of-mind property maintenance solutions, primarily in the Self Storage industry. We provide remote owner-operators a solution for routine, hands-off maintenance inspections to keep their portfolios in top condition. I helped start this company because I noticed a growing interest in remote property management in the $32B self storage industry.
Prior to founding Caddy and Boots & Mortar, I helped run a local college moving company, launched an educational YouTube channel for general aviation pilots, performed online fitness coaching, and had a local landscaping company.
