Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities * Answer and manage incoming calls through the Mango Voice phone system. * Schedule new and existing patient appointments using standardized scripts. * Redirect calls to the appropriate offices or specialists. * Collect patient insurance information and accurately input data. * Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while following internal communication procedures. Must-Have Qualifications * 2–3+ years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical office. * Fluency in English (85%+), with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with dental software systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental, etc.). * Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple calls simultaneously. * Customer-service oriented, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Previous experience supporting multiple clinic locations remotely. * Familiarity with U.S. dental insurance workflows and treatment codes. Other Information * Reports directly to the Regional Manager. * Training provided on internal systems and scripts. * Long-term growth potential into team lead or multi-location administrative management roles.
