We’re hiring a freelance Marketing & Project Manager to help implement and manage the end-to-end marketing execution for SNYDER USA. This is a part-time freelance role (20–30 hrs/week to start), with the opportunity to grow into full-time if it’s a fit. This is a dual-role position:
* You think like a growth marketer – CRO mindset, paid media coordination, Shopify optimization.
* You act like a project manager – organized, proactive, execution-focused, with agency/freelancer coordination experience.
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with the CEO and brand marketing teams.
Your mission:
* Take ownership of our DTC marketing execution – Shopify, Klaviyo, Paid Social, Email Flows, and more.
* Coordinate all marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables – you’re the glue between strategy and execution.
* Manage freelancers and agencies (Meta Ads, creatives, designers, etc.)
* Improve speed to execution without sacrificing quality.
* Report metrics, hit KPIs, and keep campaigns moving.
Responsibilities
Marketing execution:
* Own and execute across Shopify, Klaviyo, email flows, paid campaigns, and product pages.
* Collaborate with CRO and CEO on campaign planning, launches, promos, and DTC calendar.
* Track and report key marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, open rates, CAC, etc.)
Project management:
* Create, manage, and enforce marketing timelines (ads, promos, launches, etc.).
* Lead weekly standups with internal and external teams.
* Manage Asana/ClickUp (or similar) for full visibility across marketing initiatives.
* QA content, creatives, and live assets for brand consistency and performance.
Vendor & freelancer coordination:
* Act as primary point of contact for freelancers (ads, creatives, email, CRO, etc.).
* Hold vendors accountable to timelines and deliverables.
* Help source, vet, and onboard new freelance talent as needed.
What you bring:
* 3–5 years of digital marketing or project management experience (DTC required).
* Mastery of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads coordination.
* Fluent in English, based in LATAM preferred (EST-compatible timezone).
* Strong project management skills (bonus if you’ve used Asana or ClickUp).
* Analytical mindset: performance-first, conversion-obsessed.
* Bonus: Experience with sporting goods, golf, or outdoor brands.
* Bonus: Experience with influencer or affiliate campaign coordination.
