Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on and strategic Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume bottling/food production environment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and driving overall plant efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance team, including supervisors and technicians Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC systems and automated production lines Ensure optimal performance of filling, packaging, and bottling equipment Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and reliability Partner closely with production and operations teams Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and resource planning Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance staff Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in bottling, food & beverage, dairy, brewery, or liquid processing Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and automation systems Hands-on experience with high-speed production and packaging equipment Proven leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities What We’re Looking For A hands-on leader who can drive results Someone comfortable in a fast-paced production environment A professional who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution
