🟢 Role mission: ▪️ As a Project Manager at eduNEXT, you will lead and manage projects efficiently, drive quality, continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of products and services in line with agreed client priorities. Your role will contribute to the growth and success of eduNEXT. 🟢 Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of three years of proven experience in project management or similar roles. * Al least one year of proven work experience as a scrum master. * Experienced in modeling and organizing data and metrics to get their insights (using tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, etc.). * Strong knowledge of project management software tools (JIRA, Trello), methodologies (Crystal, XP, Scrum, Kanban), and best practices. * Desirable certified scrum master and/or project manager. * Experience in startups. * Professional and Business-level English (B2+). 🟢 Skills: - Excellent communication - Problem-solving - Conflict-resolution - Leadership / people management - Time management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical - Decision-making - Negotiation 🟢 Responsibilities: 1. Manage and deliver projects according to agreed priorities with the client. 2. Oversee the performance of the team and make adjustments as needed. 3. Ensure that the team is focused on the right tasks by coordinating the team’s tasks. 4. Agree with stakeholders(client) to groom the project backlog, manage the project scope, and maintain a project plan. 5. Measure project and performance using tools and techniques such as velocity, burn down charts, reports, retrospectives, and one-on-one conversations with both teams and customers. 6. Create and maintain accurate project documentation to represent the status and progress of the project to the team, higher-level management, and customers. 7. Report project status to stakeholders frequently and in a timely manner. 8.
