👉As a Software business analyst, you will identify and consolidate business needs, explore proof of concepts, document requirements, and collaborate with the development team to determine the feasibility of innovative products.
🎯Responsibilities:
📍Gathers, documents, and communicates requirements effectively to ensure appropriate implementation of digital products.
📍Conduct preliminary analysis to develop effective problem statements.
📍Analyzes and maps systems and data capabilities to design solutions that map customer needs.
📍Collaborate with the product owner on creating and validating acceptance criteria.
📍Partners with the development team to assess feasibility and define a solution architecture, processes, and data to satisfy requirements.
📍Lead effective cross-department communications.
📍Anticipate and mitigate project risks, document agreements, and support change management.
📍Assist product owner and management with prioritization, support, and escalation of issues.
📍Developed advanced business knowledge to assess, provide feedback, and influence business decisions to improve customer value.
📍Participate in creating and continuously improving the company product development framework and related processes.
📍 Provide feedback on defects and product improvements.
📍Participates in solution deployment and post-implementation support.
🎯Requirements:
📍Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
📍3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or data analysis role
📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action.
📍Experience working with software development.
📍Understanding of product design and development life cycle.
📍Experience writing requirements and performing system validation.
📍Shows creativity and initiative to improve product features and roadmap.
📍Good verbal and written communication skills.
