🚀 Description: ● The account executive will build a pipeline and close new business across all Two Travel marketing channels. ● You will present and pitch Two Travel's custom travel solutions for B2B and B2C clients. ● Ideally, you are located in Cartagena, Medellin, Mexico City, or Tulum. ● Compensation: The base salary is $4'000.000 COP (around 16500 MXN), but you can expect to double it with commissions. 🚀 Your responsibilities: ● Drive new revenue through pipeline generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiation, and closing new logos with businesses and everyday consumers. ● Work in partnership with the founders to identify new business opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and understand their business needs. ● Build relationships and trust with key decision makers in sales and human resources departments across small, midsize, and large businesses based in the United States, Colombia, and Mexico. ● Develop a deep understanding of Two Travel's value proposition, customer use cases, market positioning, and product features. ● Collaborate with internal teams, including community managers and concierge, to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience. 🚀 Your qualifications: ● More than 2 years of experience closing new businesses in any industry. ● A proven track record of success in achieving new business and revenue growth metrics. ● Experience selling and upselling services. ● An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels. ● Experience with client relationship management tools (Pipedrive) and other technologies is a plus. 🚀 In addition to the skills and experience we are looking for, our ideal candidate would embody our core values: ● Learn fast, progress faster. ● Go the extra mile.
