✅ Role description: 🚀 Passionate about eCommerce and for providing a first-class service. Retain the best customers, and nurture key relationships over time. Ideally, they become a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit. ✅ Requirements you need to have: - Previous experience as a Key Account Manager and preferable in eCommerce. - Basic knowledge of eCommerce and marketplaces such as Amazon and MercadoLibre (desirable). - Previous experience with data analysis and strategy creation. - Having worked in startups before would be a plus. ✅ Responsibilities: - Customer service through video calls, WhatsApp, and HubSpot. - Creation of work orders for the entire team and follow-up of them. - Keep a low churn and a high CSAT. - Comply with the process in 100% of all clients. - Forecast of monthly and annual budgets. - Work under KPI metrics goals. - Analysis of digital campaigns. - Monitor the main performance metrics of the marketplaces (Sales, positioning, compliance vs. objective). - Verification of temporalities on the platforms. ✅ Abilities you need to have: - Capacity for analysis and planning. - Knowledge of design and market trends. - Problem-solving ability. - Ease of speech and negotiation. - Knowledge of Amazon and Mercado Libre. - Good collaboration and teamwork skills. - Proactive and self-taught. - Project coordination. Step 2: You will do a Torre Testing & Certification to validate your skills (at least 60 minutes). You will require a computer with a good internet connection. (You will need to schedule it before finishing the application process). If you are one of the top-ranked applicants after the Torre Testing & Certification validation, you will proceed to the next step. Step 3: The Crunch's CEO or admin lead will interview you. Depending on your profile and first interview results, you may have a second interview with someone else from the company (60 minutes). Step 4: Job offer (30 minutes).
