We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Appointment Setter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting potential clients with our sales team by confidently and professionally setting appointments. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives on building relationships, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. What you’ll do: - Appointment Setting: Contact leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to schedule appointments for our sales team. - Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by listening to potential clients' needs and effectively communicating our value. - Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on provided criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our offerings. - Database Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of appointments. What we’re looking for: - Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). - Confident, professional, and personable on the phone with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Customer service excellence, strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people. - Goal-oriented, driven to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets. - Positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection with grace. - Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace is a plus. - Reliable computer with a good camera and microphone and stable internet connection.
