Responsibilities
⚡ Displays a learner attitude with a desire to learn more about projects, processes, and strategy consulting environment. Self-motivated to seek new work opportunities, share the workload of others, both during live projects and downtime.
⚡ Demonstrates ability to critically collect and analyze data effectively. Willingness to manipulate, format, and summarize data as requested by senior team members.
⚡ Critically self-reviews all work, in detail before passing on to other team members for review. Raises any questions, complications, or potential errors to senior team members on a timely basis.
⚡ On one’s own accord, takes ownership and displays organizational skills by taking responsibility for administrative tasks on each project (e.g. taking meeting minutes, organizing shared drives, and coordinating research).
⚡ Conducts all activities with a sense of professionalism in communication and presentation, and takes pride in personal appearance and the aesthetic quality/formatting of work.
⚡ Displays punctuality and demonstrates a commitment to performing assigned duties as a self-starter.
