Requirements and responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities: - Interact directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the RapidCanvas platform. - Conduct and manage data science projects with the customer's vision of success in mind, in collaboration with their data science teams. - Build a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that they can be led towards success. - Understand and empathize with customers' pain points of building AI solutions. - Solve various problems for clients, making an impact across various domains and industries such as Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, and Oil & Gas. - Be the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with the sales team). - Understand the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilize those to solve customer problems. - Become an expert on the RapidCanvas platform and associated tools to teach, enable, and support our customers in building their own applications. - Collaborate with Data Science, Engineers, and Product to design customer solutions. - You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product, and data science team members. Key Skills Required: - 5 - 10 years of experience solving complex data problems using Machine Learning. - Expert in ML modeling and Python coding. - Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders. - Preferred prior experience in AI services industry or startup environments; domain experience in finance is a plus. - Generative AI: Applied experience building LLM-based solutions (is a plus) and generative workflows.
