a) Strategy & Business - Define and execute the LATAM regional strategic plan, aligned with the US vision. - Design the growth roadmap, including new markets, financial products, and segments. - Define quarterly objectives (OKRs) and executive KPIs. b) Operations & Execution - Scale commercial operations (sales, partnerships, growth). - Align product, technology, operations, and compliance under a single vision. - Optimize costs, operational efficiency, and team structure. c) Leadership & Culture - Lead multicultural and remote teams in LATAM. - Build a strong leadership team (Heads of Growth, Tech, Ops, Compliance, Finance). - Develop a culture of accountability, focus on results, and execution.
