The team values radical accountability, proactive decision-making, and treating each property as if it were your own asset. Position Overview: We are hiring an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager to fully manage day-to-day operations for a growing portfolio of STR homes. You’ll act as the “owner” of your assigned properties, handling guest experience, vendors, and listings through Guesty and OTA platforms. Operations & Guest Experience: Manage daily operations for 6–8+ STR properties. Oversee guest messaging via Guesty/OTAs, stepping in when issues need human judgment. Handle escalations (access issues, cleanliness complaints, urgent in-stay problems). Respond to occasional urgent issues after hours or on weekends via mobile apps. Vendor & Cleaner Coordination: Coordinate cleaners and maintenance vendors. Review checklists/photos to ensure quality. Source and compare vendor quotes when replacements are needed. Make cost-conscious decisions to protect property cash flow. Listing Management: Create and update listings in Guesty/Airbnb/Vrbo. Ensure photos, amenities, descriptions, and rules stay accurate. KPIs & Processes: Monitor practical KPIs: cleaner performance, response times, occupancy, review scores. Use existing SOPs and suggest improvements when needed. Qualifications: 2–4+ years STR property management experience with full operational ownership. Must-have: experience using Guesty. Confident handling escalations and making independent decisions. Strong English communication skills. Comfortable working EST hours + occasional after-hours issue response. Organized, proactive, and able to manage properties as if they were your own. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Hospitable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools. Background with STR agencies or companies managing multi-property portfolios (e.g., 20+ units). Evidence of promotion or progression in previous roles.
