Your Role As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our training programs and supporting our clients at every stage. You’ll manage a wide range of administrative and client-facing tasks, keeping projects on track while providing outstanding client support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive responsibilities with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities -Ensure Project Success & Provide Client Support: Manage training program logistics, ensuring projects are on time and within scope. Provide timely, professional support to clients throughout the engagement. -Administrative Excellence: Handle a high volume of operational tasks including booking meetings, updating playbooks, managing invoices, certificates, achievements, and maintaining a two-hour response time for the inbox. -Sales Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and program data in Salesforce. Track and report on key metrics to ensure visibility and accountability. -Client Communication: Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication skills; proactively pick up the phone to connect with clients when needed. -Process Discipline: Follow structured workflows and procedures, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. -Professional Development: Embrace a growth mindset by seeking opportunities to improve processes, technical skills, and client support practices. What We’re Looking For -A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong sense of ownership. -Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to calendar block and prioritize effectively. -Comfort handling multiple, time-sensitive tasks in a fast-moving environment. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent phone etiquette. -Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). -Highly structured and process-driven; not easily distracted by messages or interruptions. -Positive energy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
