Requirements and responsibilities

⬜️ Requirements: 🔸 Proven experience as a product manager or project manager in a tech environment. 🔸 Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies. 🔸 Excellent project management and organizational skills. 🔸 Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. 🔸 Experience in conducting user research and testing. 🔸 Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields. ⬜️ Responsibilities: 🔸 Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from ideation to launch. 🔸 Collaborate with the UX design team to ensure that our products are user-friendly and intuitive. 🔸 Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. 🔸 Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 🔸 Identify and manage risks and issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle. 🔸 Manage communication and expectations with stakeholders and team members. 🔸 Ensure that products meet customer needs and are launched on time and within budget. 🔸 Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, and ensure that their needs and requirements are reflected in the final product. 🔸 Work with the development team to ensure that technical constraints are balanced against the user experience. 🔸 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that product messaging and positioning is aligned with the user experience. 🔸 Conduct project retrospectives to identify opportunities for process improvement.
