Hey,
We are looking for a new talented Facebook Ads Manager to join our team…long term!
We are 100% focused on Ecommerce.
You’ll be accountable for the ad accounts assigned to you where you’ll have to:
-come up with the strategy (we’ll help you!)
-implement the strategy
-monitor the campaigns and the main KPIs
-come up with ideas for improving performance
Here some of the skills you need to accomplish everything above:
-must know the inside-out of the Facebook Advertising platform
-must understand marketing: offer, message and audience
-must be fluent in English (we can help but would rather pick someone who’s great in English)
-must be a good copywriter to write killing Ads
-must be able to understand what kind of creative is needed and write it down for the designers
-must work fast. We are constantly on the move to accomplish bigger and bigger goals
-must be able to communicate about projects, especially starting out until we get in a rhythm with you (we use Basecamp as a project management tool).
-must be disciplined and be able to follow SOP and come up with new one when see fitted
-must be willing to stay long term
-preferably 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads
You’ll join a team of young cool people and you’ll help us scale ecommerces.
