Role and Company Overview:
We’re re-opening a high-impact Marketing Manager role at HireMango — a rapidly growing recruitment and staffing platform helping U.S.-based companies build remote teams in LATAM and the Philippines.
You’ll be the first dedicated marketer, working closely with the CEO and Managing Directors to define and execute our brand and demand strategy. This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll own everything from HubSpot automation to influencer outreach to SEO execution.
We’re not looking for someone to “just run ads” — we want someone obsessed with messaging, funnels, and making marketing work for pipeline and trust. You’ll work with our leadership team to design, test, and scale the engine that helps us stand out from traditional staffing firms.
Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, from planning to performance tracking.
• Manage HubSpot for campaign execution, database hygiene, segmentation, workflows, and email nurture sequences.
• Drive SEO content strategy, optimize for organic traffic, and track key performance metrics.
• Lead micro-influencer campaigns: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, partnerships, and campaign execution.
• Build strong internal communication rhythms (dashboards, reporting, campaign retros, project planning).
• Implement and experiment with AI tools to improve speed, personalization, and relevance (e.g., Zapier, GPT-based plugins, Notion AI, etc).
• Collaborate closely with Talent, Sales, and Product to unify voice and positioning across the funnel.
• Create original and repurposed content assets: case studies, marketing pages, decks, social/email copy.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of marketing experience targeting U.S. clients or audiences, ideally in service-based, B2B, D2C, or SaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (3+ years): email marketing, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Direct experience leading influencer/creator marketing strategies — bonus if it’s been in small-budget environments.
• Comfortable being the sole marketing leader: balancing big-picture thinking with flawless execution.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content strategy: ability to write briefs, optimize, and manage calendars.
• Experience using AI tools embedded in workflows (e.g., Slack GPT, Zapier, Notion AI — we prioritize usage over theory).
• Excellent English communication skills — written, verbal, and visual (C1-C2 level).
Software and Tools Used:
• HubSpot
• Notion
• Slack
• Zapier
• Google Workspace
• Figma
• Semrush
• AI tools (GPT, Claude, Chatbots, etc)
