We combine strategic expertise, data-driven insights, and creative innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.We are looking for a Strategic Account Lead to manage a portfolio of high-impact Amazon Advertising accounts, with a strong focus on Sponsored Ads and Japan-based clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining hands-on performance expertise with category-level ownership, enabling full-funnel Amazon Advertising strategies across Sponsored Ads and DSP. You will act as a senior point of contact for clients, own performance outcomes, and contribute to scaling best practices across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (media, retail, creative, analytics) to ensure high-quality execution while driving long-term growth opportunities for our global clients.What You’ll Do:Client & Strategy LeadershipOwn relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including Japan-based clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisorLead QBRs, performance reviews, and long-term growth planningTranslate business goals into full-funnel Amazon Advertising strategiesPerformance & Campaign OversightOwn and oversee Sponsored Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SD), including campaign creation, optimization, and scalingManage keyword strategy, bidding, and retail signal alignmentOwn and track KPIs such as Sales, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOSIdentify optimization opportunities and guide execution teams on prioritiesEnsure consistent performance improvements and high-quality delivery across accountsAmazon Ads Expertise (Sponsored Ads + DSP)Demonstrate deep expertise in Sponsored Ads, including campaign structure, optimization, and scalingApply high-level DSP knowledge to support upper-funnel strategy, audience targeting, and segmentationAlign DSP with Sponsored Ads to drive full-funnel impactStay up to date with Amazon Ads innovations (e.g., AMC, Amazon Marketing Stream) and translate them into actionable strategiesCategory & Portfolio OwnershipOwn performance and strategy across a portfolio or category of clientsIdentify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across accountsShare insights and recommendations to drive category-level improvementsSupport business development initiatives and identify upsell opportunitiesCross-functional LeadershipCollaborate with media, retail, creative, and analytics teams to ensure integrated executionMentor junior team members and support knowledge sharingContribute to internal process improvements and service evolutionClient Communication & ReportingPrepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clientsDeliver clear, data-driven insights tailored to different stakeholder levelsManage client expectations and ensure long-term satisfaction and growthWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred)3–6+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace advertisingStrong hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads (required)Exposure to or understanding of Amazon DSP (preferred)Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar platforms is a plus)Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh level of ownership, organization, and accountabilityLanguage skills:Japanese: C1 (required for direct client communication)English: C1Experience:3–6+ years managing performance marketing or marketplace campaignsProven experience managing client relationships and driving business outcomesExperience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
