Requirements and responsibilities


You’ll provide timely and helpful support via chat, email, and other channels; onboard new customers and ensure a smooth start on the platform; troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary; work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to improve the user experience; maintain and update help documentation and FAQs; gather customer feedback to improve our product; ensure customers feel heard, supported, and valued at every touchpoint.
