We’re hiring for a Service Desk Support (Full-Time, remote from Mexico). Salary 25–35K MXN per month + benefits. Responsibilities include providing IT support via phone, chat and email; troubleshooting hardware, software and networks; installing, configuring, and maintaining applications and systems; supporting international customers with a service mindset; escalating complex issues and coordinating resolutions; maintaining IT documentation and tracking support activities; ensuring optimal performance of networks and user systems.Requirements: 3+ years in a service desk or support center; experience supporting international users; strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking fundamentals; hands-on experience with Microsoft applications, O365, and Active Directory; understanding of ITIL concepts (certification is a plus); strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and handle flexible schedules.
