Position overview: We are seeking a remote Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project coordination, from reviewing plans and managing documentation to liaising with suppliers and supporting close-out processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident working across time zones, and experienced in managing U.S.-based construction workflows. Key responsibilities: * Review architectural and engineering plans/specifications. * Assess material, equipment, and manpower needs. * Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders. * Confirm order releases with suppliers. * Attend virtual pre-construction and progress meetings with clients and subcontractors. * Monitor progress against project milestones and budgets. * Prepare expense and billing reports, including AIA progress billing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. * Collaborate with the Superintendent and General Manager to review job profitability and support project outcomes. * Act as a liaison between field operations and the office. * Assist with close-out documentation and other activities as assigned. Qualifications: * Prior experience in a construction-focused project management role. * Familiarity with U.S. construction standards and administrative processes. * Proficiency with Procore (or similar construction management platforms). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working independently and coordinating across distributed teams. * Capable of managing documentation and workflows remotely. Nice-to-haves: * Spanish language proficiency. * Previous experience working with U.S.-based general contractors or subcontractors.
