Role Overview: We are seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join our growth engine. You will craft opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue for Beyond’s cutting-edge advisory, co-building, and innovation services. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients in the tech, blockchain, fintech, and corporate innovation sectors. * Relationship Management: Build trust with founders, executives, and venture teams, while maintaining pipeline activity. * Solution Selling: Translate our strategic, technical, and capital services into tailored value propositions. * Proposal Development: Create pitches, RFP responses, and deal presentations aligned with client goals. * Negotiation & Close: Manage deals from initial contact through contract execution and closure. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with delivery teams, advisors, and venture partners to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. * Performance Tracking: Maintain CRM data, report metrics, and forecast sales. Essential Qualifications: * Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, tech, or venture-enhanced services. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct tailored outreach. * Resourceful and independent, with robust negotiation and commercial closing skills. * High emotional intelligence, capable of building trust quickly in high-stakes environments. * Passion for emerging technologies such as Web3, blockchain, AI, DeFi, and ESG. Nice to Have: * Experience in venture studios, accelerators, or fundraising/advisory services. * Existing network in blockchain, fintech, or innovation communities. * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and cold outreach techniques.
