Role:
● Own weekly performance reporting across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) with a sharp eye on CAC, CTR, ROAS, and spend.
● Guide strategy and optimization in partnership with our ad agency—you are the internal driver of results.
● Lead weekly syncs with the agency to review what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down.
● Manage and monitor our Google Shopping feed to ensure product listings are optimized and healthy.
● Keep daily and weekly tabs on spend pacing, ROAS movement, and creative performance signals.
● Flag underperforming segments early and push cross-functional teams to iterate quickly.
● Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to align creative direction with channel performance.
● Work cross-functionally with the Ads team, agency, designers, and managers to ensure execution matches strategy.
● Build and execute growth roadmaps, forecasts, and channel experiments.
Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience in paid media performance (across search and social).
● Strong understanding of advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC) and diagnostic workflows.
● Hands-on experience managing or overseeing Google Shopping feeds.
● Comfortable working with ad agency teams to guide direction, challenge assumptions, and hold them accountable.
● Clear communicator—able to distill performance data into simple insights and next steps.
● Highly organized with experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance KPIs.
● Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
● Comfortable working across creative, strategy, and growth teams to drive results.
