Hi, I’m Raghav, one of the founding members of the Growth team at Fresh Prints.
In 2018, I came across a LinkedIn post from someone at Fresh Prints while casually scrolling. It was one of the hundreds of jobs I applied to without much thought. Fresh out of college, I just wanted a job for the next couple of years before going to business school. When I got in, I thought selling shirts would do for now.
Now, I lead a team of over 30 people who challenge themselves daily with questions like: How can we create unique value for our customers? How do we scale what’s already working without losing what makes us different? What bold bets should we be making now to win in the long run? How do we lead Fresh Prints into its next phase of growth?
I never got that MBA. Two years stretched to seven, and I’m still selling shirts. But honestly? It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
