Role description: ✅ You will be responsible for generating meaningful solutions for customers and stakeholders using the existing technologic tools in the company. ✅ You will be part of the service delivery area. The solutions design team adds value by satisfying use cases, using existing tools, analyzing data from customers and different sources, and translating it into relevant information for action plans for customer success. Requirements: ✅ People with knowledge and aptitude for the role can apply with different levels of education. ✅ Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Python/Django Back-end developer or front-end developer. ✅ Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. ✅ Desirable knowledge of integration and automation tools (Jenkins, Python, etc). ✅ Desirable knowledge of MySQL, Mongo DB, or a database management tool. Main responsibilities: ✅ Provide meaningful solutions using existing tools and products (JS, CSS, HTML). Provide auxiliary support to investigate and troubleshoot complex customer service tickets as needed. ✅ Research and evaluate existing tools, features, and functionalities of products and services. Conduct periodic reviews of features not supported by the product to research and follow trends in developments at Edunext or in the Open edX community. ✅ Generate and document database reporting queries to maintain a query catalog using MySQL, Mongo DB, or a designated database management tool. ✅ Provide auxiliary support to investigate and troubleshoot complex customer service tickets as needed. ✅ Provide technical feedback and report on improvements managed from the ticketing solution and focused on customer success and deliver value. ✅ Create, review, and edit documentation to keep internal and external information up to date. ✅ Support other work or projects that the company or the service delivery team undertakes that require his/her management. ✅ Support project management as requested (meetings, forums, town hall, training, surveys, feedback sessions, and Open edX community projects).
