Requirements and responsibilities

Own the revenue cycle. Work from anywhere! We're placing a sharp, detail-obsessed billing professional with a growing multi-provider Primary Care, Wellness & Weight Loss practice. You'll be the person who keeps the financial engine clean — from verification to payment posting — while working fully remote with a team that takes growth seriously. This isn't a passive data-entry role. You'll catch what others miss, fix what breaks, and proactively push billing forward across a busy, expanding practice. What you'll actually do: -Verify insurance and confirm benefits before patients walk in -Review charts and flag missing or incorrect CPT codes -Submit, track, and correct claims in AdvancedMD -Own denial management — research, correct, resubmit, follow up -Post payments, reconcile accounts, and support collections -Coordinate prior authorizations when needed -Communicate with patients about wellness packages, balances, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy You're the right fit if you have: - Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare practices. -Solid medical billing + insurance verification experience (required) -Hands-on AdvancedMD experience (required or near-required) -Fluency in CPT coding, chart review, and denial workflows -Experience with collections and payment reconciliation -Excellent written and spoken English — no AI-assisted cover letters, please -Bilingual ability - English - Spanish -A high ethical standard when handling sensitive patient data -The kind of reliability and follow-through that makes teammates exhale The setup: 📅 Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM 💻 Fully remote — bring your own devices 💰 $1,100–$1,500/month based on experience About The Coordinators We're a healthcare staffing agency on a mission to connect A-Players with practices that value them.
