Sherrington Financial Fitness is looking for a Remote Administrative/Personal Assistant to support our CEO and growing team.This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting both business and personal administrative needs.This role includes inbox and calendar management, QuickBooks tasks, client onboarding support, Microsoft 365 support, marketing follow-up, task tracking, and process improvement.Ideal candidate has:2+ years of administrative experienceQuickBooks Online experienceStrong Microsoft 365 skillsExcellent follow-through and discretionInterest in systems, process improvement, and AI toolsRole details:Remote, US-basedPacific or Mountain Time Zone preferred20 to 30+ hours per weekEmployee position, not contractorFlexible schedule during Pacific Time business hours
