🟡 About Torre: ◽ We’re building self-driving AI recruiters that replicate human intuition (100 matching factors + 9 types of AI). Our end goal is all jobs and all candidates, making thousands of job boards, hundreds of ATSs, and millions of old-style recruiters obsolete. TAM is $200B+/year. ◽ We'll soon launch our beta. While in alpha, we have successfully piloted two business models: Torre OS and Torre Managed Recruiting. ◽ Torre OS, a SaaS play, enables companies to use our tech to automate their candidates' attraction, screening, filtering, ranking, interviewing, and re-engagement. ◽ Torre Managed Recruiting uses our technology to offer headhunting and RPO (recruitment process outsourcing). Traditionally, they have been fragmented and manual industries. Our pre-beta pilots already proved our automation's value: 1/3 the cost, 3X the speed, and fewer interviews needed. 🟡 We're looking for the person to lead this effort: ◽ First, doing the work of the recruiter advisor him/herself, always handling the relationship with our clients, performing sourcing, and helping train our self-driving AI recruiters. ◽ Then, as our recruibots go live, serve as the liaison between our clients and our recruibots ("talent advisory"). ◽ Then, building and scaling a team of talent advisors. ◽ Within five years, make Torre the headhunting and RPO leader in the US. 🟡 We're looking for experienced recruiters with experience in the US or Canadian markets who have scaled their own recruitment agency and led other recruiters. Given the importance of this role, we are willing to honor co-founder status and a good amount of equity. 🟡 These are the stages of our recruitment process for this job: i) You apply using Torre's own tech. ii) We share with you a detailed document with our plans, strategy, and algorithms (confidential). iii) Interviews with our three co-founders. iv) In-person chat with our CEO at his home in Napa, California, or Tokyo. v) Offer.
