Requirements and responsibilities

Ilant Health is looking to add a fully remote senior full stack engineer to our team!This is a true build + scale role. You won’t just be shipping features — you’ll be helping define architecture, influencing product direction, and creating the foundation for how the team operates.You’ll be working closely with product and design to build tools that make care more accessible, personalized, and effective — both for members and care teams.We’re looking for someone who:Has experience in startup environments (small, fast-moving teams)Has built consumer-facing products (ideally patient/member apps or platforms)Is strong in React, TypeScript, Python, Next.jsEnjoys owning features end-to-end — from concept to productionIs comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build from 0→1 and scaleWants to have real impact on patient outcomes and care deliveryIf you’re in the health tech ecosystem (or know someone who is) and want to join a team where you can truly shape the product and engineering culture, I’d love to connect.
