Requirements and responsibilities

Leading and scaling content operations for KryptoInsides as Content Strategist & Brand Lead. Own the content calendar across Threads, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn; determine what to post, when, and why; craft reel scripts and creative briefs for designers and editors; oversee scheduling with Buffer or Later; maintain brand voice as the final quality gate; shape CTA strategy, hooks, and editorial direction; generate weekly performance reports.Requirements: crypto knowledge; experience leading content for crypto, finance, or tech brands; systems-oriented thinking; excellent English and hook development; deep understanding of crypto communities and organic growth tactics; availability during 6am–12pm PKT on weekdays; reliable communication and proactive attitude; must be based in Pakistan.
