Our culture is rooted in positivity, progressiveness, and transformation, and we're looking for someone who shares these values. ✨ Requirements: → Two or more years of experience in Training. → Three or more years of experience in Coaching and Mentoring. ✨ Responsibilities: → Conduct monthly coaching sessions with contractors, monitoring their progress, and ensuring their personal and professional development while promoting happiness. → Conduct monthly group training sessions for contractors, covering various topics aimed at enhancing engagement, performance, and overall well-being. → Provide emergency coaching sessions to address issues that may arise between our contractors and clients.
