Requirements and responsibilities

Requirements: 🎯 You are expected to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English. 🎯 We are searching for a 3D artist with at least 3 years of experience in the video game industry. Responsibilities: 🎯 Exploring creative and distinctive designs for environments, assets, and characters, keeping in mind art direction and game design needs. 🎯 Understanding and getting involved in the artistic vision of the project, with a proactive attitude for expanding it and improving it. 🎯 Ability to quickly iterate on ideas visually and apply feedback. 🎯 Adaptability to different graphic styles and mediums such as illustration or graphic design. 🎯 Deep understanding of volume and passion for detail, providing all the visual information on the concepts to be properly modeled. 🎯 Strong interpersonal skills that contribute to overall organizational performance and to a positive, creative environment. 🎯 Participating in open brainstorming discussions.
