🚀 Requirements: 🔸 C1 or native English and Spanish level. 🔸 Seven years of progressive work experience in consulting and market research with strong well-known brands, focusing on Business Development. 🔸 Demonstrated experience in account management and building strong client relationships. 🔸 Strong analytical skills and ability to approach complex problems in a structured manner. 🔸 Proficient in project management tools and related software. 🚀 Plus: 🔸 Power BI, Python or SQL. 🚀 Soft skills: 🔸 Strategic leadership. 🔸 Innovation and development of Solutions. 🔸 Precision and attention to detail. 🔸 Planning and organization. 🔸 High orientation towards obtaining results. 🔸 Proactive, passionate and critical. 🔸 Adaptation to change. 🔸 Be up-to-date with sales and/or technology trends. 🔸 Verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and clearly. 🚀 Responsibilities: 🔸 Define, identificate, collect, and manage the project's information strategy, according to client specifications. 🔸 Identify and promptly address high-level issues and escalate requirements within the client. 🔸 Structure and lead understanding interviews with the client's executive team. 🔸 Identify, prioritize, and validate the client's main issues through a hypothesis analysis. 🔸 Ensure that the analyses and work effectively address the identified issues. 🔸 Identify methodologies during the project's development that help enrich it in terms of interaction with the internal team and the client. 🔸 Support the internal team in validating assumptions for complex analyses to ensure the quality and consistency of the project's overall results. 🔸 Structure complete documents/deliverables and supervise their construction with the project team. 🔸 Promote actions to ensure the consistency and coherence of the deliverables. 🔸 Direct interaction with the project's executive team. 🔸 Timely escalation of operational and/or administrative issues to Management. 🔸 Ensure the project's proper administrative execution.
