- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and talent seeker experience.
- Truly understand our customer's needs and goals to fulfill and exceed them.
- Solve or escalate any issues or misalignment and promptly triage talent seeker requests.
- Track and report daily and weekly metrics.
- Run screening and validation processes with the candidates to make sure candidates meet the required skills.
- Schedule, prepare, track, and ensure interviews and offer calls between candidates and talent seekers occur.
- Ensure operational excellence in all the processes.
