About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our enterprise Maximo program—spanning technology, operations, vendor engagement and finance engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can confidently drive outcomes across IBM, hardware vendors, and internal business partners.Accountable for program delivery, roadmap execution, vendor performance, and alignment with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.Required QualificationsDemonstrated success managing large vendors (IBM experience strongly preferred)7–10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise technologyExperience with Maximo, EAM platforms, or ERP adjacent systemsStrong financial literacy and comfort working with Finance/Accounting teamsProven ability to operate in matrixed organizations with multiple executive stakeholdersHigh resilience, persistence, and ability to navigate friction with vendors or internal teamsPreferred QualificationsBackground in asset management, maintenance operations, or enterprise systemsExperience overseeing hardware vendor managementPMP, PgMP, or similar certificationKey ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership — Own the Maximo program roadmap, delivery cadence, and cross functional coordination across IT, business operations, and Finance/Accounting.Vendor Engagement— Participate in day to day engagement with IBM and the hardware vendor. Drive accountability, track deliverables, escalate effectively, and track that SLAs are met.Financial Engagement — Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, cost transparency, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with audit and control requirements.Stakeholder Engagement — Build strong relationships across business and IT.
