Requirements and responsibilities

We are a real estate company with over 1,957 units under management and a target of reaching $1 billion in AUM by 2030. We are hiring a Web & Graphic Designer to own the full design pipeline across our growing portfolio of properties. Each property has its own website, brand system, and marketing collateral. We need a senior person, extremely organized and obsessive about detail, who can own the full pipeline: from creating the brand system, to publishing the live site, to producing every print and digital asset. Reporting Structure: - You will report directly to the Head of Marketing. Responsibilities: - Websites: Design and publish complete property websites end to end in Figma and Framer, including all responsive breakpoints. - Print assets: Design print-ready collateral for residents, prospects, and investors. - Digital assets: Design social media graphics, email graphics, and any other digital marketing materials we need. - You will also build and maintain independent design systems per property, organize photo libraries, and keep every file impeccably structured for the team to use. Workflow: - We use Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant) every day as a real collaborator, not just for copy, but for Figma automation, file organization, plugin scripts, asset generation, and design ops workflows. - You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you do need to be the type of designer who embraces AI tools as a partner in your workflow, prompts thoughtfully, and uses them to multiply your output. - If "I am not into AI" describes you, this is not the role. Must-Haves: - 4+ years of senior-level Figma experience (auto-layout, variants, design systems, components, variables). - 2+ years of Framer experience publishing sites to production (not just handoff, you must be able to build and maintain the live site). - Strong portfolio across web, print, and digital, print-ready output, not just web mockups. - Comfortable working with Claude (or similar AI assistants) as part of your daily design workflow, automating tasks, generating copy and assets, building scripts, organizing files. - Impeccable organization: your Figma files should look clean at first glance (clear naming, page hierarchy, no "Frame 142", no loose assets floating on the canvas). - Obsessive attention to detail: spacing, padding, typography, pixel-perfect alignment. - Experience building and maintaining design systems from scratch. - Strong editorial typography (hierarchy, scale, mixed type lockups). - Bilingual Spanish + English (fluent reading/writing, handoffs in English with the US team). - Able to take direction and execute quickly without needing 3 rounds of feedback. Nice-to-Haves: - Real Estate / Multifamily / Property Marketing experience. - Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or other agentic AI dev/design tools. - Fluency with AI image tools: Higgsfield, Stitch AI, Figma Make, Midjourney, nano-banana. - Basic code (HTML/CSS/JS) for custom code in Framer.
