Hi, I’m Justin Petsche, Co-Founder of Torre. We're looking for a multiple experienced talent acquisition entrepreneurs in global staffing and recruiting, with an established book of business, to join our team. In the process, you'll help revolutionize how companies of all sizes hire and candidates find the perfect job. This is a remote opportunity from anywhere in the Americas. Torre will give you the opportunity to stay light-years ahead of your competition. WHAT IS TORRE? Torre is the first company to fully automate recruiting end-to-end. We use many types of AI, which, in conjunction, create self-driving recruiters who replicate human intuition. Torre can automatically locate the best candidates from hundreds of sources, attract them, screen them, filter them, rank them, deliver detailed reports about each, and even re-engage them. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was ~$20M, of which our CEO, Alexander Torrenegra (Shark in Latin America's SharkTank) contributed ~$10M. Once we meet, I’ll share more information with you. WHY THE OPENING? After five years of development and trials, we reached beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. Companies can license our tech or outsource their recruitment to us, whether via staffing or headhunting. We’re growing fast. A crucial part of the team will be this role: a talent acquisition partner for staffing and headhunting, laser-focused on fulfilling our clients' job openings and growing accounts. We are blitzscaling our growth. Speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience building a book-of-business in global staffing and/or headhunting. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: You’ll be responsible for rapidly growing your staffing and headhunting operation, with the complete support of Torre's technology. This will allow you to automate fulfillment of your roles, handle all operational, legal, and financial aspects of your business, and be way ahead of the competition. You may also receive clients from Torre, as we are growing quickly and have plenty of leads coming directly to us. During the first few months, you're expected to bring the first set of clients and kickstart revenue. For staffing, in particular, EOR, payroll, and legal matters will be fulfilled by local staffing partners, some of whom are our investors. You're expected to develop those relationships further. That way, we can focus on what we do best: attract and manage clients and candidates. You're expected to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and even do some recruiting yourself when our automation fails. After all, we're in beta. Your KPIs will be: • Gross profit from headhunting and staffing • Net revenue retention rate (account growth) • New client acquisition Additional performance metrics will include: • Fulfillment rate • Fulfillment speed • Churn YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH: Opportunities in Torre are endless. In addition to being able to scale your own book-of-business, we also anticipate multiple leadership opportunities for the right person, including: Head of Staffing Operations, Head of Recruiting Operations, Managing Partner, Country Manager, Global VP, etc. THE TEAM: You’ll report directly to me, Co-Founder and VP of Sales, and Sebas Gallo, Head of Operations, as well as our CEO, Alex Torrenegra. You’ll work closely with our Head of Candidate Operations. The candidate operations team will handle most of the talent acquisition for you and your team.
