Role Requirements
Pristine English proficiency (Written and Verbal).
2+ years working with clients from the United States.
2+ years of virtual assistant experience (or relevant administrative experience).
Must have a reliable backup internet connection.
Experience with a variety of CRM tools and G-Suite.
Responsibilities
As a General Virtual Assistant, you will support client operations to ensure their business runs smoothly. While specific tasks may vary based on the client, core responsibilities include:
Inbox & Calendar Management: Proactively managing email correspondence, filtering noise, and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, handling calls, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining executive presence in all interactions.
General Administration: Assisting with various operational tasks, data entry, CRM updates, and digital file management/organization.
Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes during calls, and tracking follow-up action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Travel & Logistics: Researching and booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as managing complex itineraries.
Document Creation: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
Research & Projects: Conducting internet research on competitors or vendors and assisting with special ad-hoc projects.
Execution: Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and completing daily tasks with high accuracy, while remaining flexible enough to handle "other duties as assigned" as the business evolves.
