- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and talent seeker experience. - Truly understand our customer’s needs and goals to fulfill and exceed them. - Solve or escalate any issues or misalignment and promptly triage talent seeker requests. - Create, own, and execute strategic plans for KPI fulfillment. - Track and report daily and weekly metrics to the talent seekers. - Make sure job openings are optimized and ready for approval. - Run screening and validation processes with the candidates to make sure candidates meet the required skills. - Schedule, prepare, track and make sure interviews and offer calls between candidates and talent seekers occur. - Shadow onboarding, feedback, and follow-up meetings. Gather insights and ask questions after those meetings. - Ensure operational excellence in all the processes.
