Purpose of the role Lead the company's scaling and professionalization phase in Latin America and the US, transforming the current operation into a predictable, profitable, and scalable organization. Strengthen the core trading/fintech business, leadership structure, regulatory compliance, and investor relations, with a focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence. Specific responsibilities a) Strategy & Business - Define and execute the LATAM regional strategic plan aligned with the US vision. - Design the growth roadmap: new markets, financial products, and segments. - Define quarterly objectives (OKRs) and executive KPIs. b) Operations & Execution - Scale commercial operations (sales, partnerships, growth). - Align product, technology, operations, and compliance under a single vision. - Optimize costs, operational efficiency, and team structure. c) Leadership & Culture - Lead multicultural and remote teams in LATAM. - Build a strong leadership team (Heads of Growth, Tech, Ops, Compliance, Finance). - Develop a culture of accountability, focus on results, and execution. Requirements - 5 years of experience in senior leadership positions (CEO) - Knowledge of the US financial or trading market (exclusive). - Proven experience in: Fintech, Trading, Brokers, Crypto. (mandatory requirement) - Experience leading companies or business units in contexts of accelerated growth or transformation. - Experience managing P&L, budgets, and strategic decision-making. - Spanish language proficiency B1 (desirable).
