We're seeking a Senior Testing Specialist with strong automation experience and a deep understanding of testing frameworks. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaboration and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
⚙️ What You’ll Do:
- Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks independently.
- Analyze integration points, data flows, and environments to automate complex test scenarios.
- Create and maintain regression suites and transition automation to an agile continuous testing model.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Product, Development/Engineering, and Technology Operations.
- Lead complex testing efforts and take ownership of the release process, including monitoring, test certification, and report generation.
- Act as a Test Lead during Sprint Planning and contribute to defining testing strategies.
🔧 What You Need:
✅ 5-7 years of experience in software testing.
✅ Strong skills in Java and Python for test automation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
✅ Experience with testing tools: Pytest, JUnit, Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber.
✅ Solid understanding of QA best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
✅ Hands-on experience with Big Data processing solutions: Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, PubSub, GCS, Composer/Airflow.
✅ Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, GitHub versioning, and Terraform.
✅ Ability to create test strategies, lead projects, and manage testing metrics.
✅ Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
✅ Cloud Certification is strongly preferred.
💡 Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Cloud (PubSub, GCS, Data Flow, Vertex AI, Firestore).
- Experience in complex data applications.
- Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
- Passion for learning new technologies and methodologies.
