META & GOOGLE ADS SPECIALIST Location: 100% Remote (LATAM-based) Schedule: Full-time Hours: West Coast Time Hours (Pacific Time) Experience: 5+ years in PPC management About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts. This is not just an administrative role. We need a high-level strategist with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing significant budgets, optimizing full-funnel strategies, and driving growth through data-driven decisions. You will act as a proactive partner, continuously testing and improving campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns (awareness, retargeting, and conversion) across Meta and Google Ads. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to maximize ROI. A/B Testing & Scaling: Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify and implement scaling opportunities. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards. Creative Collaboration: Work with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets that align with overall business goals. Industry Leadership: Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive. Requirements Expert Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with documented results in ROAS and CPA improvements. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear performance reports. Education & Growth: Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous testing and improvement. Preferred Background: Experience in financial services, lead generation, or eCommerce is highly valued.
