Responsibilities

Responsibilities: As a UX Designer, you will: ✨ Perform stakeholder research to understand their requirements. ✨Conduct interview and workshops to document the requirements. ✨ Conduct competitive analysis of other websites and user interfaces that operate in the same space. ✨Work closely with the Technology. ✨Lead and Process team to participate in interviews and workshops with various key stakeholders, such as from production hubs, media, data, and other capability teams, to create UX specifications and guidelines for the PXP organization. ✨ Develop mockups for development and design teams. ✨ Coordinate with UI Design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more. ✨Helping Software Developers understand and execute ideas. ✨ Tracking usability goals and preparing reports for senior management. ✨ Running user tests. ✨ Tracking digital trends and looking for ways to improve the product. ✨ Play a key role in technology tools training for internal team, as well as in actively leading teams through change /change management.
