This role is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, translating performance data into actionable insights, and helping clients maximize the value of their digital marketing investments.Success in this position is driven by strong communication, analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to long-term client retention and growth.Position ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communicationBuild and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional serviceCollaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and optimize client outcomesMonitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4)Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendationsIdentify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performanceRecommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needsProactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retentionContribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growthRequirements4+ years of hands-on experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roleDemonstrated experience managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketingProficiency with content management systems such as WordPressFamiliarity with website analytics, tracking platforms, and performance optimization best practicesExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and driving measurable resultsThe base salary range for this salaried non-exempt opportunity is $65,000 - 80,000, plus the eligibility to earn quarterly bonus incentives. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role level, experience, and location.
