We’re growing our VDC team at GENX Design & Technology.If you are passionate about BIM, digital construction, MEP coordination, and leading complex project workflows, we’d love to connect with you.WE ARE HIRING | Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows across complex projects. This role requires deep expertise in VDC strategy, BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, constructability reviews, and MEP integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement VDC workflows across various project typesLead constructability reviews with a strong focus on MEP coordination and system integrationOversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolutionManage model integration using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, AutoCAD, and ReviztoCollaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teamsPrepare professional presentations and project documentationLead virtual coordination meetings and participate in occasional in-person meetings when neededQualifications8+ years of experience in VDC/BIM managementStrong experience in constructability and MEP coordinationAdvanced proficiency in Revit and NavisworksExperience with ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and Revizto is highly preferredStrong leadership, project management, and communication skillsAbility to work remotely with availability for occasional NY/NJ site visitsProfessional-level English proficiencyApply NowSend your resume, portfolio, and a brief introduction to: genx@genxdt.comPlease include relevant work samples or project links showcasing your experience if available.
