Requirements and responsibilities

• A Day in the Life • Take up the responsibility of the entire Project. • Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process. • Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfill the requirement of system wide. • Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project. • Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely • Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure • Building and leading a team of technology professionals • Working with the leadership team to continually improve our technology product • To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system. • Use feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology • Manage the rollout of any and all technology developments • Build quality assurance and data protection processes • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors • We have • We're an online community rich in culture and diversity. We're doing this thing together! • You have • Good understanding of how to implement web applications both back-end (java, .Net) and front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery) • Ability to lead, develop strategy and project management • Understanding of budgets and business-planning • Ability to conduct analysis and research • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong leadership and organizational abilities. • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude • Current knowledge of technology trends • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus) • Public speaking skills also a bonus
