We’re hiring a Care Navigator at Sprinter Health. This is a fully remote role for someone who knows how to move fast, communicate with empathy, and help patients overcome real barriers to care.This is not a passive scheduling role. Our Care Navigators are constantly problem-solving, building trust with patients, coordinating care, and helping people access services they may have otherwise gone without.The people who do best in this role are resourceful, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and genuinely care about making an impact.If you have experience in healthcare outreach, care coordination, patient support, social work, or high-volume service environments, we’d love to hear from you.
