Requirements and responsibilities

Specific duties include but not limited to:  • Design and develop software with security and scalability as key tenants. • Perform technical reviews and audits of the application, provide feedback through code reviews and merge requests. • Write high quality, efficient, and testable code in PhP/Laravel. • Collaborate with other members of the engineering team on design and implementation. General Required Competencies: • Experience providing UI design leadership and an ability to create reusable UI components and evaluate existing libraries for extensibility.  • Excellent organization and prioritization abilities to break down complex requirements into sprints and logical components in order to meet deliverable timeframes.  • Self-starter, confident, creative, an effective communicator and team player that can participate in agile ceremonies.  • Excellent awareness in end user usability and aesthetic look and feel with no compromise on UI performance.  • Leadership in packaging and building front end software for reactive and multi-interface solutions using API back-end systems.  • Proven ability to write testable and maintainable software with quality.  • Proficiency in UI security patterns for authorization and authentication.
